Bomroq. is equipped with the latest machinery and supported by a dedicated team of specialists that use the latest scientific methods to create products of high quality. The factory is ergonomically designed to meet all international safety standards and goes above and beyond in ensuring smooth operational sustainability. The factory is fully certified by The Alliance for  Worker Safety, The Alliance for Pakistan Worker Safety, Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).

Located within the custom bonded area of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Bomroq. is able to take advantage of the one-stop customs clearing facilities, duty-free/reduced duty privileges and uninterrupted utility services for efficient factory operations.

Bomroq established a modern facility located in the heart of Sialkot, Pakistan, we strive to provide hassle-free customer service, producing high-quality garments & all at a lucrative price point.We are fulfilling all National/ International Laws and are striving hard to achieve all the prescribed advanced quality standards. 

• Stitching Unit 

Our sewing workshop is divided into a knitting and weaving department to allow us to manufacture a broad range of goods. With each department having separate management as well as quality control staff, we can ensure the highest quality. To optimize processes we strongly believe in the 5s methodology to keep us as efficient as possible.

• Cutting section 

Cutting section is one of the most important section for manufacturing garments in clothing factories. There is a process which we strictly follow in the cutting section in order to send the right parts to the next process and ensure the production of quality garments. Garments parts are cut according to the pattern.

In order to provide our clients with the possibility to manufacture goods with detailed, high precision cut designs, Bomroq  Clothing has in sourced our own Laser Cutting facility. High Precision tools & skilled workmanship give our customer more freedom towards combining different fabrics on 1 garment or as a forester of heat-welded goods.

• sublimation printing

Our sublimation printing facility allows us more flexibility in regards to colors & quantity, without having to give up any bit of quality expectations. The inkjet printers can work up to 24hrs a day if necessary to ensure that your order will always be delivered on time!

Screen Printing

Screen print, also known as silk printing, is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a fabric, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

Screen print offers several benefits such as durability and the vibrancy of color.

embroidery

Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn.

Contemporary embroidery is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software. Machine embroidery is used to add logos and monograms and can give your garment that special look!

A special Flat lock sewing machine is used to sew flat lock seams. The machine fuses 2 edges of material together creating a smooth, flat seam.

Flat lock seam garments are similar to seamless garments and are therefore extremely comfortable to wear during active Sportswear, giving the customer the best possible experience. Bomroq.is 100% export oriented composite knit garments factory. mainly oriented towards Manufacturing & exporting knit garments product.
